A symphony of disappearing sounds for the Great Salt Lake debuts

The exhibit, by Icelandic-Danish artist Olafur Eliasson, includes many of my field recordings and raises awareness of ongoing threats to the Great Salt Lake. I was blown away by the mix from Grammy Award-winning producer Koreless and the incredible projections. Did you know that about half of the lake has turned to dust? Climate change and the diversion of water are creating a situation verging on ecological catastrophe. Save the lake! Presented in in Salt Lake City’s Memory Grove from March 26 - April 4.
